Since the airline has me here for a bit and all. I appreciate racing of all kinds so why not! However...
Upon walking inside, i discovered its not open to the public on tuesdays! School groups and large planned events only. But thats okay. $34 for admission, a lanyard ill not wear at work or anywhere else, and unlimited simulator rides is a bit steep.
That and until i see the fall daytona race use the road course, im still not a fan. I can buy a Ken Squire t-shirt in the gift shop though.

We went last year, and yeah, it’s pricey. Still had a good time though, especially with the pit stop simulator. I’m not much of a Nascar fan per se, but I enjoyed the history and the technology.

I wanted to interact with the interactives. And get simulated. Sadly its like league day at the bowling lane...no room for walk ins.

Well, at least you are able to enjoy our lovely spring day - high of 87, but fairly low humidity compared to the summer. If you have a car and more free time you may be able to visit one or more of the NASCAR team race shops north of the city.
